How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will ship out within 2-5 business days. Please find the exact order processing time in each item's description.
What shipping option do you use?
For small, flat goods (phone cases, wallets, iPad cases, small purses/ clutches) we use Polish Post International Priority Service with tracking. The expected delivery time in EU is about 3-7 days. For US/ Canada, Japan, Australia and other countries it's usually about 10 business days, depending on location.
Larger items (laptop cases, large clutches) as well as leather bags will sent using DHL/ FedEx. Buckly items (bags and backpacks) will sent in boxes.
The guaranteed delivery time in EU is 1-2 days, to US 1-3 days (depending on location), to Canada/ Japan/ Australia and other countries 2-3 business days.
During checkout you can choose the fast shipping option for your small goods as well.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout. You will be charged 10$ for shipping of small goods via Polish Post International Priority Service (with tracking) to all countries. Courier shipping rates vary depending on the destination and kind of packages (flat packages or boxes) and are: $8 Poland, 20$ EU/US, Canada $22, Japan/ Australia/ rest of the world $30.
Can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address at anytime until has been dispatched. If you need help, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped please contact the local carrier directly for changing the delivery address details.
How can I check the status of my order?
Immediately upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains details of the product(s) you have ordered, your order number and estimated shipping date.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment confirmation (via email) with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you to the carrier's website where you can find the latest information about your order.
If your order is packaged in more than one box, each box will have its own unique tracking number.
